               HALF MOO​



  • 160 - 200lbs beef
  • $7.50 per pound
  • Depending on the weight of the cow harvested you will receive 1/2 of the total packaged meat.
  • Includes butchering and processing.
  • Deposit: $400
  • $1,200-​​​$1,500 total depending on weight.

All the cattle on the Rocking W Ranch are pasture born and raised. Free to roam and forage for grass from when they are weaned till harvested. No steroids or antibiotics are given to the Rocking W cattle unless medically necessary. Grass Fed cattle through and through! 


HOW IT WORKS: 


WHAT - All beef is processed in a USDA facility, and vacuum sealed. Keep it simple with the "standard cut box" which includes a variety of cuts including steaks, roasts, hamburger, stew meat ect. If you desire specific cuts we can make that request prior to processing - price will vary. Beef will be dry aged 10-14 days depending on the assessment of correct aging time needed during processing. 


WHEN - The beef will be processed this fall, exact date TBD. We will find a specific date as the summer moves along and see how the cattle are growing and reaching their prime harvest date. 


HOW - Place your deposit to secure your beef today! This is the only way to ensure your beef will be reserved. Delivery is availible most places in Western Colorado for a fee. Contact us for questions regarding delivery. OR pick up your beef at Brother's Custom Processing in Craig, CO.
